MIC is an essential gathering for leaders, entrepreneurs, content creators, creatives, and brands that shape and support the military community. This year’s event featured a wide array of content tracks designed to support military transitions, social impact, entrepreneurship, and networking.

On October 2, 2024, Bradley participated in the panel session titled "Together We RISE: Supporting the Success of Veteran-Owned Small Businesses" with a focus on Innovation + Entrepreneurship.

The session highlighted the journey of veteran entrepreneurs, providing unique insights into their experiences, the tools they’ve utilized, and the resources that have supported their growth.

Veterans are a key part of the entrepreneurial community. According to the U.S. Small Business Association, veterans own more than 1.9 million businesses across the United States and employ over 5.5 million Americans.

The panel recognized several local veteran-owned businesses, showcasing their successes and the challenges they have overcome. The discussion emphasized the importance of community and the resources available to support veteran-owned businesses in their pursuit of sustainable growth.
