Project Overview

The Clean Team is a youth-led neighborhood service brand created for two of our teenage sons launching a seasonal trash can cleaning business. With a mission inspired by Psalm 51:10 ("We clean the outside, God works on the inside") this project was developed to teach the next generation how thoughtful branding, faith, and community service can intersect.

The concept, built from the ground up, reflects a balance of fun, professionalism, and purpose. It was an opportunity to both mentor our sons and design an identity system that could grow with them as they expand into leaf raking, snow shoveling, and more.

Creative Elements

  • Custom logo suite: primary wordmark, emblem, submark, and icon system
  • Tagline and messaging framework (faith-forward and flexible)
  • Youthful, clean color palette (Fresh Green, Bright Sky, Charcoal, Pure White)
  • Branded uniforms, yard signs, and service flyers
  • Digital content: social media graphics, Veo 3 storyboard for video marketing

Creative Challenge

How do you create a brand for teenagers that is both playful and credible, faith-centered yet approachable?

The challenge was to design an identity that could resonate with both neighbors and broader community audiences while empowering two young founders to take ownership of their work. The brand needed to balance:
